FRIED SHRIMP WITH LEMONGRASS
Ingredients
Minced Shrimp
Lemongrass (shredded)
Tapioca Flour
Thai Prestige Fish Sauce
Lemongrass
Vegetable Oil
Thai Prestige Plum Sauce

1 cup
1 cup (as a dipping sauce)
   
Directions
1. Mixed the minced shrimp, shredded lemongrass and tapioca flour together. Then knead them together.
2. Add Thai Prestige Fish Sauce and clod it in a ball shape. Then, put the lemongrass stalk in the middle of     the ball.
3. Put all the balls in a steamer and steam for 6 mins or until cooked.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the steamed shrimp until golden brown.
5. When done, serve hot with Thai Prestige Plum Sauce.
