To uphold global manufacturing standards, the Quality Assurance Department recently conducted its annual training on “Food Safety” for all production personnel. Through comprehensive slideshow presentations and the training reviewed to ensure the highest safety standards.
This training focuses on six core modules:
- Quality & Food Safety Management System: Strengthening our foundation for food quality and safety.
- HACCP & CCP: Analyzing hazards and identifying critical control points in the production line.
- Allergens: Proper management and control of food allergens to prevent cross-contamination.
- Halal: Compliance guidelines and practices for producing Halal food to its standards.
- Safety Culture: Fostering a collective culture of safety and care in the workplace.
- Pest Control: Standards for preventive pest control within the manufacturing facility.
To wrap up on a note, an interactive quiz game was held to test everyone’s understanding. Employees who answered correctly were awarded special prizes, bringing smiles and a lively atmosphere to the learning experience.
